I've saved a TDM file (small, 2 groups, 80 channels per group, 300 points per channel, ~300kB) from my 64 bit version of DIAdem 2015 SP1. I then try to open the file on a 32 bit version of DIAdem 2015 SP1 and it doesn't work, I've tried this on 2 computers.
The index failure message is: TDM Error fatal error (80) unable to open XX to read (the system cannot find the file specified)
Does anyone know what is gonig on here please?
Thanks,
Martin

I tried saving a TDMS file instead and that works okay.

Hello,
Have you tried to delete the tdms_index file so your 32 bit would recreate it?

the system cannot find the file specified
is delivered by the operating system. This means XX does not exist.
Which filename does XX contain? The *.tdm or the *tdx file.
I can think of one valid way. If the tdm file is open for writing by one
application it can not be opened by another application. This differs
fromk tdms where concurring writing and reading is allowed.
But the Windows error message says, that the file does not exist.
So this is currious.
