Open DIAdem on Network Drive

I want to open diadem which is on a network drive and run a script there only which generates an excel file. I was successful in doing this on a local drive.I found a vi DIAdem Application but a bit stuck on how to use this.

could you elaborate more on what are you trying to achieve? Is the DIAdem installed on the network drive or are you trying to run (and automate) DIAdem application, which is installed on a different computer on the same network?
