Need help in understanding DataBlInsertVal()

Hi Team,

I am new to Diadem scripting using VBS.  i am review a cod which contains multiple functions like DataBlInsertVal 

but i cant find documentation for this. NI says the page doesnt exist  https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/csh?topicname=comoff%2Fdatablinsertval.htm

i am not able to understand this function without documentation.

How can i get this ?

is there any way.

If you open the DIAdem help and type in DataBlInsertVAL you get this informTION.
