I'm a little confused about what you did. And I can't see the results of the calculations.

After running the script on your file, I get a results group.  In that group, the pulse and the pulse aftereffect are separated into channels as well as the data that corresponds to the pulse and pulse aftereffect.  You mentioned you want the mean for Pk 2\Trace_FullSet during and after the pulse?

I saw what happens after the script works. The question is can I see the results? Yes,

\ need data on all pulses (average) for Pk2 from the steady state. Values after the pulse are not needed.

I see so we would want to work with Results\Pulse Data for this... How would you define the steady state?  Would it be different for each pulse or just when it reaches certain value?

Let the steady state be determined as 0.9 of the maximum. The calculation of the steady state must be done for each pulse, and in the future to average the value of the pulses.
