Is there a channel length max in demo version?

I am evaluating the DIAdem Software 9.0 and I having troubling importing long data files from labview. Is there a restriction on this, or a way to change this setting. My data seems to work fine if under 5500-6000 points, but anything longer crashes.

Thanks

Hi,

There is no channel length restricion in DIAdem, neither in the demo nor in the full version. You should easily be able to load 100,000's or millions of of points.

You may want to try to change a setting in DIAdem. To do that, please go to the

"Window" menu and select
"Close all".
How go to the "Settings" menu and select
"Memory Management".
Click on "Data area"
Change the settings for "No. of channels (columns) and "Channel length" to fit your data files. Don't make the numbers too large though, as this will use more memory and may slow your computer down.
Close the dialog by clicking "OK".
DIAdem will ask you to store a configuration file "Desktop file". Chose a name (you may overwrite the default file) and DIAdem will restart.

If you stil
l have problems, please let me know and I'll make some more suggestions.
