How to register a dataplugin via a vbs script?

Hello everybody,

I am using an EXCEL-VBA-Macro to make DIAdem import and display XML-data. I have written a VBS scipt which does the import and which works fine, because I have registered it in DIAdem (Settings>>Extensions>>Dataplugin etc). Now I want to make this plotting opportunity available to other colleagues without the need to manually register the dataplugin that I have written. I want a script to do this work. How can I tell DIAdem via a VBS script that DIAdem shall use "C:\Scripts\Import.vbs" to import datafiles of the type "*.XML"?

you only need one line of code to register a DataPlugin with VBS. Take a look on this page:

I think you need the URI-File for your DataPlugin, which can be created from your existing vbs DataPlugin.
