If you open the device GRAPH you can select different graphical object types (with the toolbar closed to the device bar on the left). For example you can select a 2D axis system. With double click you open a dialog to configure the channel pairs you would like to be displayed (button ?New entry??). There are several parameters to configure the axis system ? most are selectable via buttons and dialogs (axis definition-> scaling to scale the axis individually). By the way if you double click on the Y-axis directly you will get the dialog for setting the Y-scaling.
