Diadem Report 4D-Graph / Color assignment

Hi,

i'm looking for an option to create a 4D-Graph using the Diadem Report.

i have 4 chanels with data, 3 containing x, y and z Coordinates and one chanel with Values corresponding to the position.

I'm trying to create a graph where the position is taken from the coordinates and the Value is displayed through the color.

i tried using a 3D-graph with a surface. but i couldn't link the Color to the data chanel.

Is there a way to get this done?

Hi Martin,

No, unfortunately not.  I've been asking R&D for this feature for years, but it doesn't come up very often.  The only option I can offer is if you happen to have a 3D CAD model of the XYZ surface, then we can project color onto the 3D object in VIEW.  I understand that this is not the same thing you're asking for.

Hi Brad,

sadly there is no CAD-Model of the Surface, slso the Surface is changing with different Data-Sets.

Maybe the R&D will include this feature sometime.
