DataPlugin Wizard crashing

I am having trouble with my DataPlugin Wizard. it gives me this every time I try to run it. I have DIAdem 2015 and 2020 running on 2 different computers  ( work license ) and they both crash the same way.

I'm trying to create a plugin for a .csv file. I have  been able to do this in the past ?
