Hello everyone,
I need to export my data from DIAdem to MATLAB. Therefore I would like to either generate a .mat or a .dat file.
When trying to save data as a .mat file that I selected in the data portal I get the error 6204 which says that it's not possible to save the file (I'm using the German version so I can't give the excact message). A MATLAB file is created though, however it only contains DIAdem example data (the tutorial training data) and not the data I selected. I did tick the "save only the data selected in the data portal" box though.
When trying to save data as a .dat file I get the error number 48 which says that the channel number does not match the header number. No .dat file is created.
Can anybody tell me how to handle one of these errors so that I can use my data in MATLAB?
Thanks in advance,
Jil

Apparently it's a problem with my PC. I tried it on two more PCs, one windows 7, one windows 10 and both saving as .mat and .dat work.
