Hi JeremieF,
The short answer is "no", but you really need to the long answer. As of DIAdem 2020, the length of each load data channel is limited to a maximum of 2^31 values. As of DIAdem 2020, the maximum number of channels that can be loaded is 150000. It is possible to load selected channels from a file and/or a selected value range from the channels you load, so there are various ways of windowing the data your want to see regardless how big the TDMS file is.
Also note that by default DIAdem does not initially load the data values into the Data Portal but instead fetches the value on demand from the TDMS file-- until you change them inside DIAdem.
