thank you for your answer, I placed our work folder in the "Search Area", changed the order of the .tdm DataPlugIn and now, when we load files from the "Search Area", everything works again.
I'm just curious on how the problem was born whereas loading files from "my computer" area worked well since nearly a year but this is a question for me and my company I think.
