Hy at all,

i'am missing the "DIAdem TOCommand" Line in the DCOM-Configuration in Windows 7 64bit and DIAdem 2011 - can anyone help me?

I need to set the "interaktive User" for this DCOM Application, to enable the connection from an other PC

Hello,

meanwhile we've found out the following:

(1) The problem occurs only on Win7 x64, because in the DCOM configuration of Win7 x64 only 64 bit applications are listed.

You can configure your DCOM settings (32 bit) on Win7 x64, if you launch <mmc comexp.msc /32> from a command line with

administrator privileges. Please look for details at the bottom of the following Microsoft page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms678426%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

=> Don't look for "DIAdem TOCommand"; instead look for "TOCommand"

(2) If you like to get more information about how to prevent all obstacles around DCOM configuration, you could follow this link:

     http://www.opcactivex.com/Support/Tutorials/DCOM_Tutorial_-_Configuring_th/dcom_tutorial_-_configuri...

I hope this helps solving the problems around DCOM configuration on Windows 7 x64.

Regards,

- Dieter
