Hello,
we use the software DIAdem and occasionally encounter the issue where client licenses aren't released from the license server after a network interruption. This means that although the clients are no longer connected to the network, the license remains blocked on the server. Only when the client reconnects to the network, opens and closes the software, is the license released.
Is this a known issue that we have to deal with?
