DIAdem 8.1 Ger(Sp1a) crashes

Does anybody know what is meaning if DIAdem crashes in a VB-Script with the
following report-messages ? Thanks for your answers !

Bei der Ausführung des Befehls "AutEdScriptRun" ist ein Laufzeitfehler aufgetreten!

(Fehler wurde mit der Taste "Ok" quittiert !)

Can you upload the file(s) that create the error along with the data files you are trying to run this on?

Also, please let us know about the configuration of your PC (memory, OS, ...).

Configuration: Win2kGer(Sp2) 256MB
It happens not with all datafiles(.dat) but with someone.
Unfortunately it's not possible to upload the scripts and data-files (not permitted)
