Bilinear interpolation

Hi

I am trying to use the suface interpolation tool but so far I have not been able to understand the interpolation methods. I would like to know if the bilinear method (the simplest one) is implemented, and in that case how to use it. So far I have used the SISPL surface with no so good results (the intepolated vectors must be equidistant), thin plate which shows bad results if there is points outside the surface.

Maybe is a setup problem but the parameters are not so intuitive to set up, and honestly I would like to use a simple method like bilinear interpolation.

Thank you

Hi,

Please have a look at the following help topic which describes the different methods for 3D surface interpolation:

Hope this helps,

Ralf
