3D Surface Plot Interpolation

I am unable to display a smooth surface plot. The interpolation of the z values gives peaks and valleys instead of a smooth transition between the data. I have attached a file of what I am getting with DIAdem 2018 18.0.0f7097 and Origin Pro 2019. I would like to make the DIAdem plot similar to the Origin plot.

Does increasing the number of interpolation points have any effect?

Increasing the number of points in the SISPL mode helps, but the surface is still stretched down instead of connecting the data points.

Increasing the number of points in SCADI mode takes too long to load.

Could you let me know the number of points have you set for each? While it does slow down the rendering, with the example data I was using it appeared smooth in the 500 to 1000 point range depending on the dataset

How many interpolation points are you using in Origin Pro?
