Problem with Installation

Good evening everyone,

 

I am new to the NI solutions and DAQExpress.

I would like to install DAQExpress 3.1 on my windows computer but I cannot for some reason. 

 

I downloaded the .exe file from the webpage http://www.ni.com/fr-fr/support/downloads/software-products/download.daqexpress.html#291427.  

The installation of all modules goes smoothly, NI Customer Experience Improvement, NI Device Monitor, NI update Service, NI Laucher and NI Package manager has all been installed correctly. However, when it comes to the part that interest me (daqexpress), the progression bar does not move at all and nothing happens.
You can see the stopped installation window in the screenshot I attached to this message.
I tried downloading DAQExpress 3.0 but I obtain the same result. I cannot access the pages for an older version of DAQExpress.


Can anyone help me ?
