I recently purchased this book from Amazon. As I began to read it I realized that there should be a CDROM with examples. I looked at the Amazon web page and noticed that the picture of the book has an icon of a CDROM in the upper right hand corner. (mine does not!?)
What the heck?
Anyone know where I can get the CD or find the examples online?
Thanks,
Mark
