Do you know a way to hardware reset counters in a 6602 board?

Bergantinos;

The PCI-6602 does have a Z index channel that will reset the count to a pre-determined value when it pulses. You would just need to set it up in software and send your signal to the gate of one of the counters on the board. You can look at the structure of the Measure Position (NI-TIO) VI that ships with NI-DAQ to see how this is done.
Hope this helps
