Conditional output pulse train of 6602

Hello

If there is a pulse train need to be output under some condtion,not always output, while source is always in.
It is like that output is off for some conditions and on for some conditions,and the output pulse train is need to be kept the same polarity as the source.

How to achieve?Which functions do i need to use?or Is there any demo or example of VB program?
