Online Certification Platform Unavailable?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to recertify my CLD online but I’ve noticed that the (re)certification platform has been unavailable for a long time (it seems to have been down since around March). I can’t find any announcement or timeline for when it will be accessible again.

Does anyone know:

• Where to check the current status of one's certification?
• When the online platform is expected to be back?
• If the platform remains unavailable, what alternatives exist (online or in-person)?

Any information or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I contacted them and the response I received was that the platform is expected to be back online in February 2026. That means almost a full year without the ability to renew a certification.

My CLD will be suspended until then, which I can accept, but I really hope this hasn’t caused anyone to lose their certification entirely.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully they are understanding of anyone who wanted to recertify during that time period and couldn't make it to a testing center.
Of note, attending a couple GLA summits and user groups will allow you to recertify by points pretty quickly.
