Can't Reschedule my Exam

Hi everyone

 

I Scheduled a CLD exam online for Sunday 16/08/2020, I want to reschedule the exam on the website of PSI Exam, but I can't.
I obtain an error message "Voucher is not valid for this booking".
I already did the payment and rescheduled the exam before.
Does anyone has faced this problem before?

I've never had to reschedule before, so I don't know how often your issue occurs.  Seems to me this is a question for their site support.
