Read Me First!

I thought I should add all the useful info in one document.

Meetings are held at NI Newbury HQ and usually run 12:00 until 14:00ish, food is provided. As well as the presentations it's also an opportunity to ask questions (we have 6/7 members who presented at the eCLA summit in Rome, as well as enormous experience within the group)

It's a small, friendly group and a good place to find your presenting mojo! Presentation may be broadcast (tell us before-hand if you don't want to be famous), don't forget to introduce yourself

Registration

If you want feeding please register with events.uk@ni.com

We're very happy for you to turn up ad-hoc, but we can't guarantee you food!.

The more notice we get the easier it is for NI to organise.

Links

For remote viewing we have a CSLUG Google+ site if you sign up I'll make you a team member (if you're not a spammer) and you will then see the content and have access to the filmed presentations.

The Google+ site is also linked to a youtube site

Presentation Guidelines (not rules..)

If you can record your demos before hand as a screen video it will improve the edit of the presentation video afterwards(it also makes presenting easier!). You could record the screen as you are doing the presentation or just get a screen record utility and link it from the presentation screen.

Keep your slides large and bold our camera/google+ has limits on resolution. It's also pretty good practice.

Lots of Love
