I still wonder how a new forum user can post 30+ messages with a very similar header, a nearly identical content, a link to an external website and some (easily hashable) JPG attachment - and no filter is stepping in! After weeks of (possible) training for such filters...

Strict filters needs to be applied on the headers also. Don't allow special characters (Apart from the general ones), don't allow new poster to start new thread more than 5 (may be less) per day. Certainly lot other things has to be included in the restriction list, so that atleast the spammers need to put lot of effort.

Wow. Logged in this morning and every single entry on the LabVIEW page is spam. If it takes this long just to solve a spammer problem ...

Just I just witness a SPAM free night?!!! I come into work and the post count for the LabVIEW board was less than 100 (which is what was normal with my work days).
