I officially retired in fall of 2025.
I forgot my password for the only account I remember for these forums, so I had to have them send me a link to reset the passwod.
I am sometimes bored but the 9-5 world isn't for me anymore.
Interestingly, I received an email from a headhunter looking for a C# expert to transition all C++, LabVIEW, V5/V6, Python, HTML test software to C#.
I am pretty sure I did a short contract job there in 2017 writing LabVIEW code.
I basically "cleaned up" the code and wrote documentation.
I wonder how much $$$ they have allocated to this project?
A new guy always wants to re-do everything.
SMH.

Everyone wants to redo everything. That also includes remaking all the same bugs and special solutions that's needed for random reasons (which is the part the don't think about).
