I remember being involved in an SR Bob sent in to AE regarding channel wires. SR was created with an attachment which was a ~7 page PDF describing the issues complete with background, workaround, and open questions (referenced figures/tables, the whole 9 yards). Definitely one of the more memorable SRs.
