See 8:29 into this video.
It covers the Virginia class subs. I prototyped virtual control panels for use in subs many years ago. Sure looks lik LV to me.

I did a lot of work on the Sea Wolf sonar, what the video refers to as the "Broad Aperture" but was called the "Wide Aperture Array" (WAA) when I worked on it. In the images of the Sea Wolf out of the water the WAA are the three billboard size rectangular bulges on each side of the hull. Wrote the test software for all of the outboard electronics, tested the first article array with the government witnesses at Seneca Lake, NY. The beginning work I did in Turbo Pascal (a whole lot of lines of code) with cool graphics, displaying FFT's etc., the later stuff in (drum roll) LabVIEW. Cool graphics, displaying FFT's but not nearly as much work/time to get them "written". Amusingly enough there was a room at our home facility in Syracuse that I needed to have an escort into, only there once to help debug someone else's stuff, that had a wall size photo mural of the WAA being lowered into Seneca Lake, some bearded guy in foul weather gear, black watch cap, on belay on a line steadying the array. It was a life size image of me, who couldn't be in the room with out an escort, clearance not high enough or no "need to know". Always amused me.

Saw this months ago (er..actually, like a year and a half ago...) and was just reminded of this thread...
Watched a documentary on Van Gogh's sunflower paintings (appropriately called Sunflowers: https://exhibitiononscreen.com/films/sunflowers/). In the doc, the Van Gogh museum was performing some image processing on the paintings and were using LabVIEW/Vision! If I recall, I think they were reconstructing his brushstroke pattern? Or trying to authenticate?
Attached is snapshot of the front panel with classic LabVIEW controls!

Here's the image so you don't have to download it:

I didn't even notice it wasn't embedded in the page. Maybe it's time to adapt that addon? I'm not sure how Edge is compared to the others, but most of the code there is about modifying the HTML of the page, which is probably reasonably easy there as well.
Also, point of pedantry for ebs27. Those are the modern controls, not the classic ones.

I have an addon called Imagus, where you can mouse-over any picture links and you get the image without even clicking/downloading.
