BROKEN Service Request Manager Page!

Well I need support but the "Service Request Manager" Page is broken (Goto https://sine.ni.com/srm/app/myServiceRequests and Press "Open a New Service Request").

Im getting an apache error page "java.lang.NullPointerException"...

Am I the only one or is it broken for you guys, too?

Thanks for your reply EvenDeejay.

I tried Opera and it's still happening 😞 Even a different myNI-Account won't help.

Edit: Tried a different Machine, still doesn't work.

Browsers: Firefox 27.0.1 / Opera 20.0

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit

Ok i created one more account and with the new one it seems to work.

Also, the menu looks different now. With my old account I see only two entries, now there are four (+FAQ and +Overview if i remember correcty).

So thanks for that NI.

Hi clementw,

I believe we got a request from you through another system to look into this issue that we have responded to- is that the case?  If so, please let us know any updates there so we can make sure to resolve this.  If that is not the case, feel free to private message me and we will get it taken care of.

Sorry for the inconvenience and let's be sure to get it fixed.  Thanks,

Hi jdubs,

yes, I have contacted the Service Request Manager Support via contact form on the corresponding page and the issue has been resolved. Sorry about not updating this thread, but I wasn't able to figure out how you can mark a thread as 'solved' (Actually, do I even have the rights to do so? 😄 ).

Thanks for your reply and your offer to help.

Best Regards,

Clemens

You started the thread.  So you can choose which post to mark as the solution.  I'd say you should mark the repsonse from NI as the solution.
