Any updates on Labviewguru?

I didn't think it was, but the paranoia talk was reminiscent.

No, definitely not Alfa.

As the unofficial historian, I should point out that LabVIEWGuru was the top contributor to the LV discussion forum before Dennis surpassed him.

Quoting from JR Allen's (Father of the LabVIEW Champions Program) replying to LabVIEWGuru in his Adios thread;

"

 You are definitely the most useful person on this discussion forum. ... I would hope you will stay, ...

"

And from the same thread wiebe wrote;

Labviewguru,

Here are some stats; There're 2278 messages in my newsbox, you've written
186 of them. This only includes the last 2 months.

This adds up to 8% of all messages (including the questions!).

There are appr. 800 questions, so 12.5% { 186 / (2278-800) * 100 } of the
awnsers are given by you.

...

I hope you reconsider, but if you do quit, can we still enjoy your valueable
contribution in pica-army? I'm following the discussion on SE techniques
that you're
having with my boss!

Regards,

Wiebe.

"

Far from Alfa.

I was going through some old docs from me cleaning out my desk and found this print out.

It offers a glimpse into the distant past.

I think I took that screenshot just after I passed Mike.

Just sharing,

I'll likely be programming again, hopefully as soon as next year.  I'm putting together my ship with some electronics and can't wait to integrate instruments and their communications systems (NEMA, SeaTalk, etc.) and even create my own devices.  I'm still quite the inventor, I've just been busy inventing ways to deal with a society I'm no longer able to.

The new community edition might be worth waiting for (just a little bit longer)!

The included Linx toolkit might be useful too.
