Channel wire: namespace change does not update endpoint VIs

Channel wire probe does not work if probe is inside lvlib

The bug surfaced again today. The noted difference was that a breakpoint after the VI had been called seems to have caused the indicator data to not be there.

Scale Objects While Resizing with array bugs

Get Image of tab control is missing tabs. 

Only tested in LV2017. Does not appear on known bug lists for 2017 to 2021.
