analysis a comparison pulse wave

Hi All,

i`m a studen who is building a program that should be able to display other than a simple analysis for a pulse wave, so  i need also to measure and analysis a selected segment from the signal, measuring time and amplitude differences ,then i need a mutual comparison of two or more different puls waves from different sets. This, however, are things that i deal with throughout the summer semester and till now i can`t do it.so please i need to get the project in two days and i need the program done so please please help me. i upload the file that contain my  program and a data for reading a pulse wave .

We need more information to help you.  What kind of analysis do you need to perform on a pulse waveform?  What specific comparisons do you need to make between 2 (or more?) different pulses?  Is the program meant to be interactive (with cursors or other means to specify the selected segment), or should it automatically determine everything from the files that are loaded?
