Detrended Fluctuation Analysis

Hello,

I'm trying to implent the DFA in ECG program. Exist any example to DFA?.

I dont know how to get it from RRs array.

If you install Biomedical Toolkit, in Biomedical Workbench -> Heart Rate Variability Analyzer, DFA plot is provided.

You could find the information here http://www.ni.com/example/30832/en/.

Thanks for reply.

Yes, I know I can report all the data with Hear rate variability analyzer but I want the code to get the DFA for my VI. In examples you can get the rest. Poincare, histogram, ... but DFA i dindt see how to get it plotted.

Do you have the code to get the DFA graph from RRs?.

Currently not released in the VI library. Will add in future release.

Do you release the vi library of DFA in biomedical 2014?.

I tried the algorithm but I cant get it. CAn you check and help?.

Hi,

Sorry, not yet. You could only use DFA in HRV analyzer from Biomedical Workbench. Although it is under "HRV Analyzer", you could load any time series into it, not just RR interval.

thanks, I already checked this article, but I dont undestand why you dont release the librery of DFA, I tested with kubios software and the data is different is not correct.

The DFA in HRV Analyzer is following the formula in that article. It is considered to release in future version. Sorry for the inconvenience.
