We released a free toolkit on the NI LabVIEW Tools Network that simplifies Nonlinear Curve Fitting in LabVIEW. The tool kit makes it very easy to fit to some commonly used functions including Gaussian, Super Gaussian, Extreme, Boltzmann, Sine, Exponential Growth and Lorentzian.
