Position at PDF Solutions at San Jose CA

This exciting position focus on developing new defect inspection equipment for the Semiconductor industry

Develop machine control and user interaction.

At least 4 years experience with LabVIEW

GOOP experience.

Semi background a plus.

Hands on with HW and good troubleshooting skills.
