labview misses a read when using Ni USB 8473 can interface

I am a new NI 8473 user I can't even find ncWaitForState.vi, nc Close.vi, ncConfigCANNet.vi .... and more

Do I need to purchase these?

Download and install NI-CAN. It is the drivers that make your hardware work.  A CD should have came with the hardware.  Here is the latest which might not be appropriate depending on what version of LabVIEW you want to use it with.

I've installed NI-CAN and NI-MAX showed NI-8473 drive install correctly but could not find the following VIs.

ncAction.vi

ncClose.vi

ncConfigCANNet.vi

ncConfigCANNetRTSI.vi

ncConfigCANObj.vi

ncWaitForState.vi

...

Is it in a specific location can you please tell me.

Search your block diagram palette.  Or search the Help >> Find Examples.  I believe it is under Measurement I/O.
