Which HW driver to use for PCI-CAN model: 184726E-01 on windows 7 platform?

I have a PCI-CAN card model: 184726E-01 (made in 1997) and i am using windows 7 64 bit OS.

Which HW driver can i use? I have tried the NI_CAN 2.7.2, but my card is not on the supported hardware list? Will this driver work for me or do i need a newer can card when using windows 7.

Hi

Older CAN card  (pre 98) requires the CAN 2.2 driver and that is not supported on older operating system than Windows XP. So you either have to downgrade your system to XP or upgrade your card.

FYI.

It now works. I'm running an older series 1 card with the latest driver on windows 7 (64 bit).

My problem was that i had uninitialised variables that first came out as a problem on windows 7.

I guess it's also worth mentioning that i only use the Ni-CAN Frame API in my component.
