Vector CANoe separate buses.

Hello,

I have very general question about creating two separate buses in vector CANOE so I could manually route messages between them.

So far I thought I ought to create 2 separate networks (HS1 and HS2) with one of Nodes present in both so gateway symbol appears on it but I ran configuration below where node HS1_ECU1 output some message with example id 0x42. Node ECU2 sees this message ( on message 0x42 event within ECU2 ) but to my surprise this message appears on network HS2 as well (on message 0x42 within node ECU3) so this does not do what I thought it do.

So what is the correct way to create to separate buses in canoe? I mean virtual buses only without any hardware involved.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Twar,

This is not an NI product, thus you should rather turn to Vector Tech Support instead: https://vector.com/vi_support_en.html

They should be able to help you.
