Set Signal Enumeration

So I know that if you import a DBC into an XNet Database, that you can use the Get DBC Attribute to get the signal enumeration and values.  But what I'm trying to figure out is if there is a way to create a signal dynamically with the Database Create Signal, and then set the enumeration, with these value string pairs.

So...anyone?  How can I set enum signal values?

Not that I can see, unless you create an in-memory database, then merge them with "XNET Database Merge", and merge either clusters or frames
