Pulse Output using sync I/O port (T0 or T1) of NI USB-8502

I would like to build RPM reader with pulse output like this product: https://www.imc-tm.de/fileadmin/Public/Downloads/Manuals/imc_Telemetry/Abgekuendigte_Produkte/RPM-80...

I wonder if the NI USB-8502 that has Sync I/O port (T0 or T1) can be used to generate pulse output?

Based on the NI USB-8502 specifications it stated:

Sync Port:

I/O compatibility

5V TTL compatible

Number of generic triggers[2]

2

Supported Input Time base frequencies

1 MHz, 10 MHz, and 20 MHz with auto detection

Supported Output Time base frequency

1 MHz

2 Each generic trigger can be configured independently as input or output, clock or trigger. Refer to the NI-XNET Hardware and Software Help for details.

According to NI-XNET User Manual

USB-850 x 2-port devices can also generate a clock of 1 MHz, allowing for accurate CAN-CAN, CAN-LIN, and LIN-LIN synchronization.

Thank you for your reply @ZYOng

Is it also possible to generate customize pulse output in different frequency and duty cycle just like another NI digital output device?

To my knowledge, not possible.
