I have a PXI rack with a NI PXI-8513 CAN/XS card. I want to use it in NI-CAN compatible mode because my test program and all other systems uses this card. How do I install the compatibility mode? The rack has been supplied without the setup disks.

Hi Philhan, 

 

The CAN compatibility library for your card is included in the NI-XNET driver package, which can be downloaded from here.

 

When installing the driver, make sure you install the "NI-XNET Compatibility for NI-CAN" feature.
