NI-CAN Error (hex 0xBFF620002) detected by NI-MAX when opening the bus monitor interface of the USB 8473

Hello,

when opening the bus monitor interface of the NI-MAX related to the device USB8473 several time I get  the message:

- File could not be created

and then the error message:

- NI-CAN Error (hex 0xBFF620002).

Below the system characteristics:

- System: WIN 7

- NI-MAX: 14.5

- NICAN: 14.0

Hi Alessandro,
first of all I apologize for the late reply. I don't know if in the meantime you managed to solve the issue in some way, otherwise the only thing I can advise you to do based on the little information provided is to try to uninstall and reinstall the NI-CAN drivers.
