I’m not familiar with the OSEK Network Management, but do you know by any chance if it similar to the Network Management done by CANopen? Because if it is, you could implement certain functions that are meant for the CANopen layer with NI-CAN devices. If not, since it would be CAN-based, you could still implement the application layer and frame format using the CAN API. I looked but I couldn't find any interface (NI's or third-party) that works with OSEK and NI-CAN.
