Error 0xbff62002 when connection to CAN

[Sailsim]

We are trying to connect to an external engine using Labview CAN.

Whenever running this program we get Error 0xbff62002 approximately once every 2 minutes. 

The versions that we are using are:

Labview 2011

CAN 2.5.2.

Attached is the error report.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this problem?

Which driver version are you using?

Does resetting the card make a difference?
