All current Alliance Partners have access to Alliance Day, but it is not complimentary. There are specific steps you need to take to ensure your registration is correct. Follow these tips and tricks so you have the best experience once you arrive in Austin.

Tip #1: Review Your Registration Confirmation
If your registration type does not read "Alliance Day" or "Full Conference and Alliance Day", your conference badge will not give you access to Alliance Day activities and sessions. If you purchased a Full Conference and Alliance Day Volume Discount package, the registrants using the discount package code will automatically have access.
Tip #2: Add Alliance Day for Your Exhibitor Booth Staff
Each NIWeek partner booth purchase is allotted Full Conference and Alliance day passes based on the booth size (ex. 10x10 booth = 1 pass, etc.). Exhibitor Booth staff will not automatically have access to Alliance Day activities and sessions unless they register and purchase Alliance Day. The fee for Alliance Day is $300 USD.
Tip #3: Confirm Volume Discount Registrants If you purchased a volume discount, confirm all registrants using the package have registered using the Alliance Partner path and discount code you received in your purchase confirmation.
Tip #4: NIWeek Lite Does NOT Include Alliance Day
Formerly "Expo Only", the redesigned NIWeek Lite pass is complimentary, but does not include Alliance Day access. You can add Alliance Day for $300 USD per registrant. Visit the NIWeek 2019 pricing page for NIWeek Lite inclusions and exclusions.
Tip #5: NIWeek Technical Sessions Begin Monday Afternoon at 2pm
Alliance Day will offer exclusive sessions for partners during the first half of the day, including a morning and lunch keynote. Beginning at 2:00 pm, technical sessions will be open to both partners and customers in the 4th floor meeting rooms and ballrooms of the convention center.
