Would it be possible to access the settings found in the following dialog box without try to get the dialogue to reappear?

Currently if we accidentally set it to "Always Send" it looks like we don't have a good way to stopping this if we can't get the dialogue to reappear.

A current work around is to disable NIER reporting found in the article below but it seems like we should be able to reset the flag found in this dialouge more easliy.

OK, I admit that I find keyboards a useful input device. And I like to keep my fingers on the keys instead of switching back and forth to the mouse.

This said, I should appreciate when I can use the <tab> key to navigate through dialogs. Such as the scaling dialog in MAX: If I mouse click into unscaled max, I can tab my way through unscaled min - scaled max, scaled min. But -Lord forbid! - not into scaled unit! why not? wouldn't this be the most natural dialog box behaviour? To be able to tab through all fields of interest? Given that LV has a great tool to select and organize tabbing behaviour of user interfaces - why have all MAX dialogs escaped this small improvement ever since (as far as my knowledge goes back to MAX  1.0)

Please give some programmer this half an hour and let him improve this detail.

It would be really nice to have the ability to create groupings for the Remote Systems in MAX.  Below is the list of my current targets.  While I'm sure there are many people that have a longer lists of targets, I find this list a little bit unmanagable already.  Additionally, we are either planning or working on projects that will about double this list.

Please add the ability to group the remote systems so that they can be managed in their own tree (or somthing similar)

right now, if I invoke nivlm.exe /exportClientPermissions C:\foo\bar.txt, I don't get any information about disconnected licenses.

It would be great if it had a column for disconnected license expiration date associated with each item (that would be empty/null if no disconnected license was assigned). 

Would also be helpful if there was also information about home use licenses grated against a user.

Dear NI R&D folks.

It is wrong the time zone for Caracas at the Time Settings configuration (MAX 14.0) . Since december 30, 2007 has been changed to -4.5 UTC. I will appreciate if you correct this bug in future LabVIEW versions.

I got a cDAQ 9184 connected to a PC running Vision Builder. The IO-Channels on the 9184 are connected via global virtual DAQmx channels. These channels are available on Vision Builder.

When power is cycled on the 9184, Vision Builder does not reconnect to it. You have to close and restart Vision Builder to get it running again.

My Wish is that Vision Builder is able to reconnect automatically.

It is always a pain finding new hardware in NI MAX.  You never know the IP Address.  It would be great if MAX had the capability to find hardware and configure network settings via ethernet Data-link layer 2.  You should be able to identify all NI hardware with your common vendor MAC prefix and communicate network settings.  I have seen other companies use this to find and configure their hardware on the network regardless of the ethernet adapter configuration.
