Migrate code from AF 3.07 to AF 4.1 ??

Are there any steps to migrate form 3.07 to 4.1?

I have AF installed in 2011 and was curious if there is an easy way to migrate to version 4.1? when I undated the AF to 4.1 in 2011 some of the VI names changed and I could not link to the newer names.. I when back to 3.07 in 2011 but would like to migrate to 4.1 to make it easier when I move the project to LV 2012
