using pressure sensor and optical encoder for measures in a combustion engine

Hello, im using the DAQ pci-6023. Ιn my thesis I have to attach a pressure sensor and an optical encoder and get a diagram showing the pressure as a function of the crankshaft rotation angle. First i want to find out exactly what i need to have on my computer (software , hardware). Secondly i would be grateful if you attached files to help me understand the whole process and making the code.

Note: i have already the sensors, the amplifier and the DAQ
