I seem to have difficulty posting a new question but I can reply to this one. I have another issue. I use a myRio and it works fine, but when I type the IP address 172.22.11.2 into a browser (IE is the only one that works but that's ok), it won't display the data on the myRio and just hangs. When I turn off my network adapter though it then springs to life and I can see the info on system configuration via the browser. Could the firewall be stopping it? It is connected via USB in the usual way Win 10. I cannot switch off the firewall because it is at work and I don't have such permission.

Hi tomnz, firewall can definitely be a possibility. You could also see configuration settings for the myRIO in NI MAX under "Remote Systems". Are you able to at least set LabVIEW and NI MAX as exceptions to the firewall?

I can't change anything, I am contacting IT who have the permissions.

Unplug the network cable, start your device, once veruything is going...reconnect your network cable. That, at present, is what is working for us. Just discovered it and are working on a solution.
