myRIO Vision Assistant cannot process image

hi, my name is swarga. i got a problem on either my camera, labview, or myrio.
first i tried to run a program in a Vi, with the camera plugged on my laprtop and it worked just perfect.
and then i tried to run the same exact Vi in myrio projects with the camera plugged on my laptop and i ended up with white-only display.
and then i tried to run it with the same exact Vi with the camera plugged on myrio, it displayed an image, but the vision assistant couldnt process the image.
what should i do?

Hi Swarga,

If your VI is under the myRIO in your LabVIEW project, it will run on the myRIO and only have access to the hardware that is connected to the myRIO. Could you go into more detail on the Vision Assistant being unable process the image? Is an error generated?
